ATM Plus has been managing and servicing ATMs since 1997 and the Company is well aware of the challenges of managing an ATM portfolio of fewer than 500 ATMs.

In 2002, the Company sold its ATM portfolio and began to assist financial institutions manage their ATM estate. In 2004, ATM Plus began providing ATM Branding services to financial institutions around the country.

Michael B. Ferguson e-mail
Founder and President of ATM Plus, Inc.

Prior to founding ATM Plus, Mr. Ferguson was an investment counselor with First Nationwide Investment Group. Prior to 1993, Mr. Ferguson was a financial consultant with The Equitable Life Insurance Company. Mr. Ferguson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from San Diego State University. He is also the Managing Partner of Mall Teen Cards, LLC ("The ECCO Card").

For the past 17 years, Mr. Bales has been involved with several financial institutions as an institutional Real Estate Executive. He was responsible for portfolio strategy consultation and estate disposition through various RFO departments. Mr. Bales has also been an “angel” and an early-round investor in various start-up companies including co-founding one involved in on-line payment processing and secure transaction protocols.

Mr. Camara joins ATM Plus with deep experience in technology and the financial services industry. He brings a high level of professionalism and knowledge to ATM Plus. Previously, he spent 20 years as a financial mortgage planner with Amerimac. Prior to that, he worked with Cisco and IBM in sales and support.
